Maybe some of you have heard of the Math Forum. It’s a program at Drexel University where graduate students and professors help elementary students solve complex real-world problems. While it isn’t a free program, it’s definitely worthwhile and helpful for students to learn problem solving and articulation skills when it comes to Math.
There is also a part of the site called “Ask Dr. Math!” This is FREE to you and your students, and an excellent resource if you have students who are always questioning things. There is an archive where you can see all of the Math questions that have been asked in the past, and if a student’s question isn’t there, they can email Dr. Math to get an answer.
